This project is an advanced AI-driven hiring automation platform designed specifically for IT staffing partners. The solution enables companies to create organizational profiles, upload bench candidates, and make their personnel available to other partner companies seeking talent.

The entire workflow is powered by a conversational chat interface built on Agent Orchestration flows, allowing users to perform complex actions through simple prompts. Companies can upload candidates via file upload, apply advanced search filters to discover suitable talent, schedule interviews, verify candidates, and complete the hiring process with legally binding documents signed through DocuSign integration.

The platform optimizes bench utilization while enabling companies to quickly hire external candidates when needed—creating a dynamic talent-sharing ecosystem.

Built using a cutting-edge technology stack, the system features a scalable and robust architecture hosted on AWS, fully automated CI/CD pipelines, and enterprise-grade security.
